UK orders are sent 2nd Class Tracked and Signed (Prices recently went up so apologies for the increase in p&p) EU / US / Rest of the world are also sent tracked or signed but this varies by country.
I package up each record very securely and use high quality mailers that offer the best protection within my budget, but unfortunately I cannot be responsible for any damage caused in transit so am unable to do refunds or returns after the record has been sent.
